A 21-year-old man has been charged following a burglary at a shop in Highcross Lane, Leicester in November last year (2011).

The incident happened at about 4.40am on Monday November 7, when a silver Ford Transit people carrier was reversed into the shop window.

A number of people then ran into the shop and stole a large quantity of stock from inside.

A 21-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident and has since been charged with handling stolen goods and also subsequently charged with being in possession of Class B drugs.

Heis due to appear at leicester Magistrates Courton WednesdayFebruary 8.
