25-year-old man robbed in Tudor Road, Leicester
Detectives from Hinckley Road local policing unit are appealing for witnesses after a 25-year-old man was robbed in Leicester.
The incident took place at about 11pm on Wednesday April 20, the victim was walking home from the city centre when he was approached in Tudor Road by two men.
One of the men grabbed the victims arm and stole his Apple iPhone while the other stole the victims wallet.
The iPhone was a in a rubber case and the brown leather wallet contained personal items. The suspects then made off on foot towards Tudor Close.
One of the suspects has been described being fair skinned and had his face covered with a scarf and the second suspect has been described as being dark skinned.
Detective Constable Matt Robinson is investigating the incident, he said: The victim has been left extremely shocked and distressed by the incident, this was not how he expected to end his evening.
We are keen to trace anyone who was in the Tudor Road area on Wednesday April 20 and may have witnessed the incident or saw two men acting suspiciously in the area. If you believe you can assist with the investigation then please get in touch.
