Police are appealing for witnesses after a bicycle was stolen from outside a building in Oakham.
The incident happened at around 7.45pm on Monday April 27, when the victim, an 11-year-old boy, had left his bicycle outside a premises on South Street.
Upon retuning to this bicycle only a few minutes later he found it had been taken.
