Man charged following assault in Melton Mowbray

A man has been charged in connection with an assault in Melton Mowbray.

The 26-year-old has been charged with Section 20 grievously bodily harm and appeared at Melton Magistrates Court yesterday (Tuesday June 17, 2008).

He has been remanded into custody to appear again on Tuesday June 24, 2008.

The incident took place on Nottingham Road on Wednesday June 11, 2008.
