A stream dissects the garden and ends in a large wild life pond alive with a myriad of dragonflies. Aromatic herbs surround a much favoured seat which looks out across one of the garden ponds towards flower beds shaded by old fruit trees, where hellebores, ferns and many other shade loving plants abound. |
